Ground floor: Open plan Fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, cosy sitting area with large wood burner, Sky TV and DVD. Also available for those who cant keep away from work or from just browsing the web we have free wireless internet connection. First floor: Two double bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one twin. Bathroom with large shower, vanity unit, W.C. heated towel rail. Quality bed linen, towels and even bathrobes are inclusive. The property is fully heated for year round letting. We can also provide for the little ones, wooden cot, high chair, baby bath even toys and games you ask and we probably will have it. Outside living: You will have the Exclusive use of a Heated ten metre pool. Large sitting area, sun-chairs and shade provided, there is also a pool-side shower. The pool is open from mid May till the end of September. The garden is quite delightful, choice of terraces and shaded seating areas, large lawn which meanders down to our wood, great for exploring and wild life spotting. Bike Hire available at a daily or weekly rate. Supplies: The bakery is a five minute walk and there is also a small super market and shop in the village. We are a ten minute drive from the historic town of Nontron which has several large supermarkets, banks, doctors etc. The weekly market at Piegut-Pluviers is a must. |
